Sanderson’s Floor & Roof Truss Co. Ltd are based in Rochdale and we specialise in the design & manufacture of engineered Trussed Rafters (including Spandrel Panels) and Metal Web Floor Joists. Our manufacture team consists of experienced fabricators and machinists, many of whom worked for the previous Sanderson’s Buildings (Milnrow) Ltd.

Our location is within a mile of Junction 21 of the M62 ensuring ease of access to the North West region and beyond (including Wales).

We also offer detailed 3D designs which assist the installation teams on site, and thus reducing both time and costs of the installation process.
